    Delegates Hunt and Overington move to amend the bill in section three of article one on page four at line fifty-one immediately following the word “$57,500” by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

“; provided, however, that any magistrate receiving an increase in their current level of compensation under this section must have either:

(A) An associate’s or higher degree from an accredited college or university;

(B) A minimum of four years of experience as a magistrate; or

(C) Must have served for a minimum of four years as a law enforcement officer.”
